FAQ

1 Can you take a commission with given pictures?
Of Course! Please specify the character name and where it from. Send pictures of the front side, the side and the back side of the character and tell us when you need the costumes. We will reply as soon as possible. Email: service@cosreplay.com

2 Can you change the color/design of the costumes in the shop?
Most of them could be changed. But some parts are mass-production. Or maybe we don't have the material of the color. If you want to know whether your costumes could be changed, please contact us:service@cosreplay.com  It would be better if you send us pictures with your description, then we could understand better.

3 when I order more item, do i get any discount?
The prices in our shop are very reasonable, so we offer no discount. But there is discount in postage. The more you buy, the more postage discount you will get. And our regular customers will get even more discount.

4 Is cash on delivery possible and how long will it take till I receive my order?
We don't accept cash on delivery. We will process the orders after receiving the payment. If you need the order urgently, please send us email and ask about the processing time before purchase. Normally it takes 10-15 days for processing. Shipping takes 7-10 days.

5 how could I measure the size for the outfit?
Please read the measure guide. Your body height, weight, chest size, waist size and hip size are the most important and please measure them precisely. It doesn't matter if you don't have ruler, please give your usual clothing sizes on the collar or tag S/M/L/XL(or 34/36/38/40)).(If you have some special needs, please specify)

6 The time is coming, but I have not get the order, what can I do?
Please login and check your order status. Normally we will give a tracking number to your order. You could track it online. If there is not a tracking number, please contact us and we'll check the status of the order.

If the package goes lost or damaged, please don't worry. We will contact logistic company as soon as possible. If they could not solve the problem. We will resend the order.   

7 Do I need to pay additional custom tax for my orders?
We take all the duty fees for the whole Europe area (expect Switzerland).
You don't have to go to the custom or send any documents. You will receive your order at home. It’s duty free. We could guarantee.

For the other non-EU countries. Sometimes they may charge custom taxes for the purchase from other countries. Please kindly note that buyer should be responsible for it.  Thanks for your understanding.

8 The outfit doesn't fit me, what can I do?
Please contact us first. We offer you a free modification or exchange. In order to avoid such situation, please read our measure guide carefully before purchase. After the first free modification or exchange, if there is any more modification or exchange needed, we would charge for it and the postage, too.

9 With which logistic company will the order be shipped?
We ship the orders with DHL or DPD(Europe).  For other non-EU countries we ship with EMS.
